- Affiliation: Department, Organization, Address, City, Country in Italic, Times New Roman, font size 11.
- Corresponding author email: Times New Roman, font size 10 (only one).
- Abstract text: Times New Roman, font size 11, maximum 250 words.

- Crystal structure and structure-property correlation of Advanced Materials
- Nano-materials for Polymer and Metal matrix composites

- Frontiers in nanomaterials and their diverse applications
- Abstracts must be submitted online by 31 December 2025.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance by 10 January 2026.
- Each peer-reviewed paper accepted for presentation and included in the proceedings must be accompanied by full registration fees on or before 4 April 2026.
- All references cited in the text must appear correctly in the reference section.
- Keywords: Maximum 4 keywords.
- Figures/Tables: Up to 2 figures or 1 table may be added if required.
